Appointment Provider
Online scheduling is provided by LeadConnector or GoHighLevel. Information submitted through the embedded calendar is delivered to Bridgecare Health Network for appointment and follow-up purposes. Netlify hosts the static website but does not process a separate Bridgecare appointment form.
Maps and Google Business Features
Google Maps and a live Google review widget are embedded on the site. Opening or interacting with those services may allow their providers to collect device, usage, or location-related information under their own privacy terms.
Hosting and Analytics
The website may be hosted by Netlify, which can process routine server and security logs. If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is enabled, the site may collect device and interaction information such as page views, phone clicks, email clicks, map clicks, and GoHighLevel calendar interactions where technically available.
